It is wonderful to see such a refreshingly honest statement and yes free should be free – so many times you follow someone’s link from twitter etc and find yourself on a site that is actually offering a limited x days of free software or whatever. It is very irritating.

Hi Vicki and thanks for the comment. I get kind of frustrated with with the links to offers too. David’s class got me headed back in the right direction and I hope I didn’t upset too many people. This is all kind of new to me so mistakes will be made but I feel badly about the way I handled it.
Tks again,
Jeff

Hi David. Thanks very much! It’s an honor to have you here and I’m so glad I listened to that class. I thought it would be a good way to keep track but I really do want people to get to those documents and use them. No telling how many people took a pass because of the login.
Not sure how to keep the metrics though. There must be something here in WordPress so I’ll dig in and see what I can find.
Learning more great things from you in the “The New Rules of PR” and your “Viral Marketing” ebooks. Thanks for those!
And thanks again for stopping by,
Jeff

Hi Jeff & David,
Thanks for the download of my e-book Jeff. I love the placement and size of your rss feed option – looks good.
Be well and stay in touch.
Maybe we can start a little club of honest bloggers/ twitterers. Nothing to sell only wishing to establish and maintain community.
Cheers
